If you did not find the answers you need in the self-service support options, you can submit a support ticket. Email support from Structured Solutions is free of charge to owners of our product licenses for the life of the product.
You can report bugs by sending an email directly to bugs@structured-solutions.net. The bug reporting system is automated. You may not receive a personal response. If you need help, please use one of the support options above.
