Shipping Rate Providers 2.6 Release Candidate 2

The Shipping Rate Provider Suite is changing. The plug-in part, including postal codes support, is now free. The old suite is now called Rule Providers. Here are the new products for BVC5:

If all you want is the postal code support, download the free plug-in. All of the add-on provider packages include the plug-in. The article, "Postal Code Validator for BVC5" demonstrates one way to use the postal code support.

A Release Candidate is nearly ready for production use. I am not aware of any bugs, but I might change wording or make minor tweaks before final release.
